Use the website honestly, protect your account and treat other golfers respectfully. Coaching information supports your golf development but cannot guarantee a particular score, movement or performance result.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details private and notify Mike if you believe the account has been misused. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
Members under 18 should use the service with the involvement and permission of a parent or guardian. Mike may suspend access where this is reasonably necessary for security, misuse or a serious breach of these terms.
Coaching and member tools
Plans, drills, estimates, speed classifications, handicap indications, distance calculations and other outputs are coaching aids rather than guarantees or official handicaps. Golf carries physical risks; stop any activity that causes pain or feels unsafe and seek an appropriate professional opinion when needed.
Members remain responsible for decisions made on the course, in practice and when using equipment. Website availability and individual features may occasionally change for maintenance, security or improvement.
Community conduct
Public questions and replies must follow the Community Guidelines. Do not publish another person’s private information, abusive material, spam, unlawful content or material you do not have permission to use.
Mike may edit, hide or remove community material, or restrict an account, where reasonably required to protect members or keep the discussion useful.
Purchases and delivery
Payments are completed through Stripe. The checkout page shows the current product, price and currency. Coaching passes and plans purchased through Shots Factory are also subject to the facility’s stated validity, booking and usage terms.
Digital delivery depends on the purchaser providing a working email address. If a download or service message does not arrive, contact Mike with the checkout email. Any refund or cancellation request will be considered under the terms shown at purchase and applicable consumer law.
Intellectual property
The website, coaching materials, videos, written notes, drills and The Vault remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the supplied material. You must not resell, republish or distribute it without written permission.
You retain ownership of material you submit. You give Mike Bygrave Golf the limited permission needed to store, display and process it for the service you requested. Public or anonymised sharing only applies where the relevant interface and permissions allow it.
Liability and changes
The service is provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted availability and error-free output cannot be promised. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
Material changes will be dated on this page. Continued use after a change means the updated terms apply from that point.
